Upcoming Asus Monitors 2017 + new PG35VQ announced 30.05.2017

#1
Hey guys,

I decided to make a new post for this. Since I reviewed some wqhd 144+ Hz TN monitors (Acer, Asus, Dell), I still wan't look for the best option.

- Asus introduces (beside the 4k HDR 144 Hz direct led quantum dot model) two more monitor models.

(sorry for mixing English and German a bit, was a mistake :P)

Hi, thanks for the info. I will add this to the list, but I also have to make an overview in English (working on the English page), because I just addes few days ago an "upcomming monitor list" on the german page https://limscave.de/gaming-monitore-neu

But for shure I will test the ASUS PG35VQ :)
It won't be cheap, but as a roadmap of technology, I kind of like the way things are going! In a few years HDR monitors will be more common and afordable, jeez, can't wait XD

Oh yes... They will be very high priced, unfortunately >.< I'm really curious how they will perform, especially direct LED is very interesting for me :) And I'm also curious if they will have the same amount of "halos" as direct led TV's. But maybe they won't with 500+ direct led's :O Also interesting is the question: will the HDR effect be better than on current high priced HDR IPS TV's? IPS in TV's with HDR currently is much worse compared to VA.. But like mentioned, with 500+ direct led's they should perform much better
